• Birds.
  • Swallowing a goldfish. Yeah, yeah. I’m just scared somehow its gonna happen. I’ve had dreams about this.
  • Elmo. Just a bit. But that laugh… it’s eerie.
  • Falling during the moment of silence on Rememberance Day.
  • The monster under my bed. At least I was… I think he’s gone now. Just kidding, I know it’s my imagination.
  • Getting a really crappy mark in math. That is not far fetched.
  • Chickens. I guess that’s a bird. Birds are REALLY scary. I know it’s weird.

It’s my birthday in like 2 days. Yay! Except it doesn’t really feel like my birthday. At least one of my friends always sends me a present. Wrapped in duct tape. Anyway, lets all sing happy birthday:

Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me! Happy birthday, dear meeee, happy birthday to me!

I feel better now, don’t you?

Sponsoring a Child

November 16, 2008

I have been wanting to sponsor a kid for a long time and have recently been super interested in it. So I was just on Compassion International’s website and I found a little girl who I really want to sponsor. OK, so to my friends, I don’t know if I will have enough money on my own to sponsor her. I think God will provide, but maybe we could go in on this together? Comment or email if this would be something you are interested in. To those who this post is directed, I think you know who you are.

Wii

September 27, 2008

Isn’t it funny how people are so fascinated by electronics? I mean, isn’t there more things to do in the real world? Well, you’d think, but maybe not. I think people like the video game world partly because it’s so fake, there’s no important decisions or major consequences for your actions. And no housework. Also, you can do stuff you would never be able to do in the real world, which is pretty cool. Wii is a pretty good idea too. It mixes all the things people like about video games plus you get some exercise. I think that’s respectable.

School (happy times)

September 26, 2008

Yep, I had some good times in school. I think phs. ed. was probably my favourite subject. I always liked dodgeball, but the the theory behind the game really escapes me. Like, what, did they just gather some gym teachers and say,”Let’s gather up forty eleven year olds and tell them to whip dodgeballs at each others faces!” Yeah, have fun with that.
